What's included after I purchase a package?+
After checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email and our team will reach out within 1 business day to schedule a kickoff call. We'll gather your requirements, branding assets, and any existing materials before development begins.
Can I upgrade my package after the project starts?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time during the project. We'll credit the amount already paid and only charge the difference. Contact us and we'll handle it seamlessly.
Do you offer refunds?+
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no work has begun. Once the kickoff call has occurred and development has started, we offer a prorated refund based on work completed. All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How do revisions work?+
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. A revision round covers a consolidated set of changes submitted at one time. Additional revision rounds can be purchased at $150/round. Enterprise packages include unlimited revisions.
What are the Maintenance plans?+
Maintenance plans are billed monthly and cover security updates, dependency management, uptime monitoring, and a set number of development hours. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Plans auto-renew each month.
Do you sign NDAs or work-for-hire agreements?+
Yes. All projects include a standard work-for-hire agreement transferring full IP ownership to you upon final payment. We're happy to sign your NDA before any project discussions begin.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. For Enterprise packages, we also accept ACH bank transfers and wire payments via custom invoice.
